A 60 minutes long low-impact suspension training class where you will practice TRX exercises and basic Yoga asanas, while using the TRX strap and your own body weight to build core strength, balance, body stability and flexibility. In these multilevel classes, you will be offered variations to ease or deepen your practice. If you have taken TRX classes before, then you know it only takes a couple of classes to feel and see results! For those who have taken my class before, these classes will be very similar to the ones I used to teach, the difference is that we will go back to the basics and there will be more focus on breath and relaxation.
