We are thrilled to announce this class will now run twice a week!

Restorative yoga is a gentle way to practise the art of slowing down, for many of us this concept can be challenging at first as the mind usually resists the stillness of the body, however, like in everything else, keeping a constant practice will help you train the mind to cultivate a more peaceful state.
A gentle yoga class can also help you to deal with injuries, chronic pain, depression, chronic fatigue and much more.
With the help of yoga props, such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, etc. You will be able to fully support your body and practise with ease while you regain range of motion and balance, and reach deep levels of relaxation.

Our new session starts on Monday September 11.
We are now offering Gentle & Restorative Yoga twice a week:

Monday 2:00-3:30pm
Friday 6:00 - 7:30pm

Drop ins are welcome if space allows.
