Happy joints, happy body!
A 60 minutes long, low-impact suspension training class using the TRX strap and your own body weight to build core strength, balance, body stability and flexibility.
In this class you will practise TRX exercises and basic Yoga asanas (poses). We will go back to the basics and there will be more focus on breath, body alignment and relaxation.
If you have taken TRX classes before, then you know it only takes a couple of classes to feel and see results!
*Low-impact is not to be confused with gentle. Although these classes are easy on the joints, you will be offered variations to ease or deepen your practice according to your needs.
Beginners are welcome!
