Melyssa is the founder and owner of Mystical Stone, a beautiful Yoga Studio formerly located in Stony Plain, Alberta. She found her true path in yoga, becoming an internationally certified Hatha Yoga teacher in 2013 and a registered yoga trainer in 2017. Her expertise deepened after receiving her certification from the beloved teacher Friedel Khattab in 2015. With a focus on Postural Alignment and Metaphysical Science, Melyssa has accumulated over 3000 hours of teaching experience, and she is the driving force of the 200-hour Mystical Stone Yoga Teacher Training. Her greatest passion is to pass on the timeless teachings of yoga to both novices and those aspiring to become yoga teachers, having already certified numerous yoga instructors.
