RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Please read! By purchasing or participating in any Mystical Stone Online Yoga service, including free classes, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

  • DO NOT purchase nor partake in free offers if you disagree with the statements below.

In registering and or partaking in the online classes, training, virtual events and readings provided by MYSTICAL STONE ONLINE YOGA/MELYSSA GUERRERO GIL, I agree that MYSTICAL STONE ONLINE YOGA/MELYSSA GUERRERO GIL or its members are in no way responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional safety. I understand that classes at MYSTICAL STONE ONLINE YOGA may be physically strenuous. And readings may be mentally distressing. I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against MYSTICAL STONE ONLINE YOGA/MELYSSA GUERRERO GIL or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 

  • I agree that MYSTICAL STONE, Mystical Stone Online Yoga, its representatives, and instructors are in no way responsible for my safety.

  • I understand that online yoga and workout classes at MYSTICAL STONE may be physically strenuous. Therefore, I voluntarily participate in Mystical Stone’s online sessions with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury or death.

  • I understand that Mystical Stone, its representatives, and instructors are not medically trained and are, therefore, not qualified to assess whether students can engage in any of their classes.

  • I acknowledge that Mystical Stone advises seeking medical advice before commencing any exercise program.

  • I agree to advise the instructor before class starts if there are any risks to my health by participating in Mystical Stone classes: pre-existing injury, illness, pregnancy, etc.

  • I understand and agree that participating in any class at Mystical Stone is done entirely at my own risk.

  • I agree that neither I nor my heirs assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against MYSTICAL STONE, its representatives, instructors, or staff members for personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  • By this Waiver, I assume any risk, take full responsibility, and waive any claims of personal injury, death, or damage to personal property associated with Mystical Stone, including but not limited to receiving yoga training online or at the facility, using the facility and its equipment in any manner, form or fashion, and practicing or engaging in yoga activities or other related activities online or on and off the premises.

  • I am 18 or older and mentally capable of signing this Waiver.

If you have a Medical Condition, we require you to seek approval from a medical practitioner to participate in our classes. Participating in any exercise at our online studio with a medical condition is done entirely at your own risk. By proceeding with this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to the terms above.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

  • All monthly plans are NOT eligible for a refund, transfer, hold or extension. (We do not refund any unused payments or packages.)

  • These payment plans should not be shared or transferred.

  • Online services are not transferable for in-person sessions.

  • The Mystical Library package is valid for pre-recorded classes and does not include live sessions, workshops, training or virtual Events.

  • Unused services do not carry over to other months/years.

  • All monthly memberships are auto-renewable; you may cancel anytime through this platform.

  • Yearly memberships are a one-time payment and give you one year of unlimited access to our library from the date of purchase.
